2. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.
At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or TitanGuard Inc. cancels it.
3. Service Availability
TitanGuard aims to provide a 99.9% uptime for our service, but we do not guarantee 100% service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
We are not liable for any downtime caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Force majeure events
- Acts or omissions by you or your authorized users
- Third-party service failures outside our control
4. Security Effectiveness
While TitanGuard is designed to improve the security of your Nginx servers, we do not guarantee that our Service will prevent all security breaches or attacks. Our service is intended to be part of a comprehensive security strategy.
TitanGuard is not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Security breaches not detected by our Service
- Zero-day vulnerabilities unknown at the time of attack
- Improper configuration of the Service by you
- Security issues in systems or software not protected by our Service
5. Acceptable Use
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- For any illegal activity or purpose
- To violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To transmit malicious code, including viruses, or intentionally overload our systems
- To attempt to circumvent any Service security measures
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TitanGuard Inc., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
9. Modifications to Service
TitanGuard Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
